“All children, except one, grow up.”
As the Darling children lay in bed drifting off to sleep, an warm gust of fall air blows the shutters of their nursery window gently open as the face of Peter Pan peeks around the corner. Searching for his shadow, stolen the evening before by the children's caretaker, Nanna, Peter comes face-to-face with three of his biggest believers.
Motivated by his need for attention, admiration and a 'mother' for his Lost Boys, Peter takes the children to Neverland, a land of mermaids, fairies, pirates and warrior princesses, where they will stay young forever. This peaks the interest of Peter's archenemy, Captain J. Hook, whose hand Peter cut off and fed to a crocodile that now stalks Hook's every move. Sparked by a burning need for vengeance, Hook begins to form a plan to finally rid Neverland of Peter Pan and anyone who stands in his way.
Come soar with the us to the “second star to the right and straight on 'til morning. ”, where you can relive childhood, as Saint Mary's University Drama Society presents an adaptation of J.M Barrie's classic tale, updated for today's audiences, where you will be transported to a world "made of faith, and trust, and pixie dust.”.
